Homemade Flavors
Our homemade ice cream is made on the premises in small batches for excellent quality control. We start with a 14% butterfat mix from a collective of New York State farms Upstate Niagara Cooperative. We then add the finest ingredients available – from down the road and around the world – to create our flavors.
We have over 200 homemade flavors. We have the space to scoop 20-30 at a time on a rotation. Please note that many flavors are seasonal and not available at all times, but there are always specialties for you to enjoy.
You are always welcome to try as many of our homemade flavors as you like in either location!
